Mary Farias
CONSULTANT | AUTHOR | PUBLISHER
Mary Reiss Farias is a former Division I gymnast who later coached and led a gymnastics training center, guiding athletes through both technical development and personal confidence. Over the years she has supported women through mindset work, self-image strengthening, and clarity-focused coaching rooted in discipline, personal responsibility, and intentional growth.
She is the founder of Magnet Mind Development and Iris Blu Publishing, expanding her work into programs and publications that support personal evolution. Mary is also the author of the Gym Rats youth series and co-author of Discovering Something Greater, sharing her perspective with women seeking direction, purpose, and grounded confidence.
Dr. Lauren Uğur
BUSINESS CONSULTANT | EDUCATOR
Meet Dr. Lauren Uğur - entrepreneur, educator, strategy consultant, and business coach. With a diverse background in business and a Ph.D. in sociology Lauren has developed an interdisciplinary approach to business coaching that empowers her clients to leverage both the technical and human elements required in building successful businesses.
As an entrepreneur herself and mom to two small boys, she knows first-hand the highs and lows of building a business from the ground up.
Lauren is the founder of Elevated Futures International Management Advisory and she is on a mission to help coaches and consultants uncover their competitive advantage and turn their unique expertise into their own profitable online businesses through her signature PROSPER Online coaching and consulting programs.
Michele Molitor

Michele Molitor is the founder and CEO of Nectar Consulting, Inc.. Over more than two decades she has supported executives, entrepreneurs and creative professionals through a blend of clinical hypnotherapy, coaching and somatic practices.

Hannah Chapman is a Certified Financial Planner and entrepreneurial wealth coach who helps business owners develop a healthier, more intentional relationship with money. With more than 18 years of experience in financial planning, she is the founder of X² Wealth Planning and Expansive CEO, where she supports entrepreneurs in building financially stable and purpose-driven businesses.
Her work combines traditional financial strategy with personal development frameworks such as Human Design and Gene Keys. Through coaching, courses, and the Expansive CEO podcast, she guides entrepreneurs to understand their financial patterns, make clearer decisions, and create long-term prosperity in both business and life.
