5.4 Non-Payment. Access may be suspended or revoked for unpaid invoices. No prorated refunds are required for periods of suspension.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms, misuse of services, non-payment, or conduct that harms the community or Company reputation.

Memberships and subscription services renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for managing cancellations.

4.3 Failed Payments

Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.

  • Missed sessions, meetings, or events are not refundable

In-House Referral Resolution Policy

In-house referrals are made with care and intention. While every introduction is thoughtfully considered, outcomes ultimately depend on mutual fit, communication, and follow-through between both parties.

If a Referral Does Not Move Forward

If a referred connection does not result in collaboration, a client relationship, or continued conversation:

  • No fault is assigned to either party.

  • The referral is considered complete once the introduction has been made.

  • There is no obligation for a second introduction to the same contact.

Requesting Support After a Referral

Members may request feedback or guidance if a referral does not progress. When appropriate, we may offer:

  • Insight on positioning, messaging, or next steps

  • Recommendations for refining future referral requests

  • Strategic guidance to improve future introductions

Feedback is offered at discretion and is not guaranteed.

Limits on Repeat Introductions

  • The same referral will not be re-issued to the same contact.

  • Repeated requests without adjustment may be declined.

In-house referrals are made intentionally and in good faith. Each introduction reflects professional discretion, not a guarantee of outcome.

Completion of Referral

A referral is considered fulfilled once the introduction has been made. Outcomes beyond that point are the responsibility of the parties involved.

If the Connection Does Not Proceed

If the conversation does not result in business, collaboration, or continued engagement:

  • No party is deemed at fault

  • The referral is not reissued to the same contact

  • The matter is considered closed

No Re-Introductions

We do not re-introduce the same connection if it does not move forward. This protects trust, relationships, and professional reputation on all sides.

Feedback Requests

Members may request strategic feedback following a referral. Guidance may be offered at discretion and may include:

  • Positioning or messaging refinement

Feedback is not guaranteed and does not constitute a new referral.

Expectations of Conduct
