5.2 Recurring Billing. Subscription Services automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing date to avoid charges.
5.3 Cancellation. You may cancel subscriptions by following procedures communicated at signup or contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.4 Non-Payment. Access may be suspended or revoked for unpaid invoices. No prorated refunds are required for periods of suspension.

Parts of the Services may integrate third-party tools or platforms (e.g., social networks, payment processors, video conferencing). Your use of those tools is subject to their terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for third-party service performance or interruptions.

4.3 Failed Payments
Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.

Missed sessions, meetings, or events are not refundable

If a referred connection does not result in collaboration, a client relationship, or continued conversation:
No fault is assigned to either party.
The referral is considered complete once the introduction has been made.
There is no obligation for a second introduction to the same contact.
Members may request feedback or guidance if a referral does not progress. When appropriate, we may offer:

Feedback is offered at discretion and is not guaranteed.
The same referral will not be re-issued to the same contact.

If the conversation does not result in business, collaboration, or continued engagement:
No party is deemed at fault
The referral is not reissued to the same contact
The matter is considered closed
We do not re-introduce the same connection if it does not move forward. This protects trust, relationships, and professional reputation on all sides.
