She transitioned from high-level athlete to gymnastics coach and gym owner, mentoring young athletes both physically and mentally to help them reach peak performance.

When she’s not coaching or writing, Mary enjoys reading, writing, and crafting plant-based culinary creations for her family. She shares a love for horseback riding with her daughter, Lola—creating cherished moments of connection. Based in Tucson, AZ, with her husband Marc and their daughter, she draws daily inspiration from her entrepreneurial lineage, using that legacy to fuel her mission: helping others unlock their highest potential and step into their greatness.
