Kay McKenzie is the founder of the Women in Alignment Business Networking Community and a marketing consultant known for helping women build businesses that reflect their expertise, values, and long-term goals. She brings more than ten years of experience across retail sales, digital marketing, content development, and personal branding.

Her career began in retail with brands such as BCBG Max Azria and Cache, where she learned the importance of client connection, presentation, and clear communication. Those early experiences shaped her practical approach to marketing and her commitment to helping women show the true value of their work.

Kay’s journey into entrepreneurship began from a personal decision to create financial independence for herself and her daughter. As a mother, she wanted stability, freedom, and the ability to design a career that supported her family. That choice continues to guide her mission today. She teaches women how to present their skills with confidence, attract clients who appreciate their work, and build businesses that offer both income and independence.

Through the Women in Alignment Business Networking Community, Kay leads a global network of women who are committed to connection, collaboration, and consistent growth. Members participate in weekly networking, business education, coaching, and visibility opportunities designed to help them grow with purpose.

Kay also hosts Conversations with Kay, a livestream interview series that features experts, entrepreneurs, and Women in Alignment members. The series gives women a professional platform to share their knowledge, expand their reach, and build authority.
