Mary Reiss Farias is a former Division I gymnast who later coached and led a gymnastics training center, guiding athletes through both technical development and personal confidence. Over the years she has supported women through mindset work, self-image strengthening, and clarity-focused coaching rooted in discipline, personal responsibility, and intentional growth.

She is the founder of Magnet Mind Development and Iris Blu Publishing, expanding her work into programs and publications that support personal evolution. Mary is also the author of the Gym Rats youth series and co-author of Discovering Something Greater, sharing her perspective with women seeking direction, purpose, and grounded confidence.

DESIGN DUO TEAM

Brutko is a global design studio founded by Ale Santoliva and Kirill Brutko, specializing in brand identity, visual communication, and UI/UX design. Since 2014, they have supported entrepreneurs, organizations, and creative teams through a disciplined approach that blends strategy, clarity, and thoughtful design direction.

Ale leads as Co-Founder and Project Lead, guiding each engagement with structured communication and a focus on intentional execution. Kirill, Co-Founder and Creative Director, oversees the studio’s visual direction and design standards. Michele Molitor

Michele Molitor is the founder and CEO of Nectar Consulting, Inc.. Over more than two decades she has supported executives, entrepreneurs and creative professionals through a blend of clinical hypnotherapy, coaching and somatic practices.

Her signature methodology, known as Rapid Rewiring™, draws on neuroscience, positive psychology and mindfulness to help people overcome self-doubt, burnout, imposter syndrome and workplace stress. Garbielle Hailmann

Gabrielle Hailmann is the Founder and President of 360 Integral Marketing, a full-service agency established in 2014 that builds integrated brand systems, CRM foundations, and marketing funnels that support sustained business growth. She brings over two decades of experience working with major brands such as RBC Royal Bank, Rogers Communications, American Express, and ADP Canada, and was recognized as one of the Top Ten Women in Direct Marketing in 2010.

She is also co-author of the JUMPin2it Breakthru Marketing Guide and co-host of the JUMPin2it Podcast for Entrepreneurial-Minded Women, where she offers strategic insights on marketing, growth, and leadership. Anita Booth

Anita Booth is a coach and marketing strategist with more than 25 years of experience in leadership, communications, and brand development. She serves as Strategic Marketing Advisor and Vice President of Business Strategy & Growth at 360 Integral Marketing. She also holds a leadership role at Women in Payments, where she contributes as Vice President of Marketing & Communications — supporting a global network dedicated to advancing women’s leadership in the payments and fintech industry.

As co-host of the JUMPin2it Podcast and co-author of the JUMPin2it Breakthru Marketing Guide, Anita brings insight, empathy and grounded strategy to women entrepreneurs and business leaders.
