Cancellation & payment policy
- Deposit: Your $2,000 deposit is non-refundable and secures your room. It is applied toward your total balance.
- Payment plan: If you choose the payment plan, your remaining balance is due in two installments, Oct 15 and Nov 15. A payment link will be sent to you ahead of each date.
- 90+ days before departure: Cancellations receive a refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.
- 30–90 days before departure: Cancellations receive a 50% refund of payments made beyond the deposit.
- Within 30 days of departure: Cancellations, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
- Travel insurance: We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your booking against unforeseen circumstances. Women in Alignment is not responsible for travel delays, medical emergencies, or personal cancellations.
